Brandon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and over 5 years of experience working within hospital and healthcare settings, alongside more than 3 years of experience supporting individuals within the NDIS sector. He is passionate about helping people improve their strength, mobility, confidence, and overall quality of life through evidence-based exercise and personalised care.
With a lifelong passion for health and fitness, Brandon began coaching and supporting sports development from the age of 16, building a strong foundation in movement, performance, and motivating others. His passion for exercise has continued to grow throughout his career, driving his commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and promoting long-term health outcomes for his clients.
Brandon has experience working with individuals living with disability, chronic health conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related mobility concerns. He takes a client-centred and supportive approach, focusing on creating practical, achievable, and meaningful outcomes tailored to each individual’s goals and abilities.
Through Actively Better Health, Brandon aims to provide professional, compassionate, and accessible Exercise Physiology services across South West Sydney and the Macarthur region.
